Conditions of Hire

All hirers from 21 to 24 years of age are limited to Group A and Group B vehicles only, with a £1,500.00 excess which cannot be waived. All groups are available to hirers from 25 to 90 years of age.

We are unable to give any refund or credit if the vehicle is returned early.

Drunken or dangerous driving during the last ten years cannot be accepted.

A current driving licence (including the paper work part, if it is the new type of licence with the photo card) must be produced for every driver.

All hirers must produce a credit card.

Value Rent A Car Ltd. reserve the right to refuse a rental.

Insurance

Full comprehensive insurance is included which covers you against claims from third parties, including passenger liability, loss of life or injury, property damage and collision damage cover to the car but with a £1,500.00 excess.

A COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (C.D.W.) is available at £8.00 per day for Group A and B, £9.00 per day for Group C, £10.00 per day for Group D, £11.00 per day for Groups E, F and G and £15.00 per day for Group H. This waiver will reduce the £1,500.00 excess down to £450.00.

A SUPER COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (S.C.D.W.) is available at £3.00 per day (for all groups) which will eliminate the C.D.W. Waiver excess of £450.00.

Supplements

Baby/Booster seats - £2.00 per day, £10.00 per week.

Automatic - £5.00 per day.

Second driver - £5.00 per rental each driver.
