• Saturday changeover day
• Check out 10am - Check in 3pm (negotiable)
• A deposit of 25% is required to confirm a reservation.
• The balance of 75% is payable 1 month prior to arrival.
• Hot water is provided gratis.
• Cottages are fully equipped and all linen is provided.
• Each cottage has one double bedded and one twin bedded bedroom.
• Briquet Cottages are a totally non smoking establishment

Cancellations

In the event of cancellation for ANY reason, prior to the final remittance being forwarded, the deposit will only be refunded if the accommodation can be re-let for the full period of your intended stay.

In the event of cancellation for ANY reason after the final remittance has been sent, the 25% deposit is not refundable, and the balance of 75% will only be refunded if the accommodation can be re-let for the entire period of your intended stay.

You are strongly advised therefore to take out holiday insurance with your travel agent or insurance company to cover the risk of unavoidable cancellation.

Health Insurance

There is presently no reciprocal health agreement between Guernsey and the UK, we strongly recommend that you include health cover with your travel insurance.
